Have seen the white down there and your curser even showed 60+ inches for a second but you quickly headed back north. Maybe show the southern sierra some love as well?

Hi Mark, we've had an airbnb booked up in Truckee for a few weeks now for this weekend Fri-Mon. We were hoping to head up the hill on Friday from sac... I drive a subaru outback with awd. Do you think we should hold off and try to head up Saturday morning instead? Its a bummer we'd lose a day up there but we also want to be safe. Thank you!

It feels like we get a lot more of these damaging wind events in the last few years. Am I imagining this? We had the one a couple years ago where McClellan had close to 70mph winds at ground level and every year since then, it seems we have at least a couple big old wind events.
